This tip is AMAZING. Like, honestly, it has helped me so much to stay motivated and stay healthy!
Cinnamon-Honey-Lemon water!
- Cinnamon is a great waist slimmer
- Honey is a great ingredient for weight loss
- Lemon increases metabolism
All you need is:
- A cup of boiling hot water
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
Just mix these ingredients together and let it cool. Drink half of it on an empty stomach in the morning, and the other half 45 minutes after dinner.
It is super tasty, and has almost no calories!

- Walk as much as you can, it’s great for slimming down legs and for your health in general;
- Brush your teeth whenever you feel like binging, it will prevent you from eating more;
- Snack, having a snack mid morning and mid
afternoon will reduce your cravings. Go for a piece of fruit, nuts or low fat yogurt;
- Keep yourself busy. If you’re actually doing something food will be on your thoughts less.
1) Fire Tea to boost metabolism
•1 cup green tea + however much cinnamon + cayenne pepper is tolerable
2) Every time you use the bathroom (before & after) do 5 squats so you touch the toilet
3) Drinking LOTS of (cold) water before and during a meal will fill you up so that you eat less
4) Eat a fruit/veggie when you are hungry…much less net cals. after digestion than something processed
5) When you feel hungry, first do 20 jumping jacks and 10 squats, then drink a glass of water. This makes you feel ready for excersize and puts off hunger.
6) Drink hot tea, veggie broth, warm almond/soy milk when fasting. It fills you up and gives you some flavor for the feeling of eating.
7) Eating breakfast leads to less cravings later at night. Just having some fruit or a boiled egg will help SO much :)
8) For motivation in the winter, think of your self as a hibernating bear slowly getting a thicker & thicker layer of fat. You need to burn it off by eating better foods and exercising.
9) Frozen banana (100 cal.) is a good, sweet treat. Baked strawberries are good for something warm
10) Stop eating before 6/7 p.m. and dont eat until 6/7 a.m. for a 12 hour fast every day. If you don’t have school push the morning time to a few hours later. If you do, eat some fruit or fast even longer till lunch (if you can)

Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it:
。A cup of hot water
。Green Tea
。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋
。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.
These are my current tips, pick and choose as you please!
🌱Don’t eat after 7pm or before 7am (this way there’s a 12 hour fast everyday)!
🌱Every time you get tempted remember “It only tastes good for what? A minute! Then the taste leaves anyway! All you have now is a bigger number on the scale.”
🌱Have a mug of green tea a day. Increase that metabolism!
🌱If you eat (this is not a failure), try and involve cucumber. Not only is this one of the lowest calorie foods ever but it also increases energy!
🌱Chug lemon water before bed, if lemon water is not an option try ice cold water.
🌱If you’ve been eating the same small amount of calories everyday and the weight is no longer coming off, increase your calorie intake and then bring it back down again.
1) Look at thinspo
2) Go on a walk
3) Search health/nutrition online and educate yourself
4) Do your homework or study
5) Make an Ana Journal. Add thinspo pictures, before and afters of yourself, list your goals, make rules& write them in it, use your journal to track your calorie intake everyday.
6) Read a book/magazine, watch a movie, start watching a new show on netflix
7) Write in a journal about anything BESIDES calories/food/weight
8) Learn more about something that you’re interested in(psychology, a bad/artist)
9) Turn on some music and dance/sing your heart out
10) Choose something gross/dirty and clean it until it’s spotless
11) Go through your clothes. Donate anything that’s too big
12) Look up some art/craft things to do online. My favorite is recycling clothes or making plain clothes look unique (like DIY galaxy shoes)
13) Draw. I like to pick the most pain-in-you-ass picture out of a coloring book and work on that. It will distract you for hours and can be a good destressor/way of meditating.
14) Have a beauty day. Use a face mask, exfoliate your whole body, paint your nails, etc.
15) Call a relative you havent talked to in a while
16) Invite someone over/hang out with friends
17) Go to the mall and look at all the clothes you’ll wear when you reach your GW
18) Take a bath
19) Do your hair and/or makeup
20) Watch makeup and hair tutorials on youtube
21) Play with your pet if you have one
22) Hang out with your mom/dad/sibling
23) Make a plan of all the food/exercise for yourself for the next week or longer.
24) Brush your teeth
25) Try taking a small shhot of Apple cider vinegar
26) Practice playing piano/instrument/singing
27) Go outside and play basketball or kick around a soccer ball, even if youre alone
28) Make you own list of things to do to avoid binging, write it down and put it somewhere you will see it often.
29) Go through magazines and cut out pictures of skinny girls/guys
30) Start working on a puzzle with lots of pieces
31) Clean your room!!
32) Do any chores you have around the house
33) Reorganize your closet & dresser drawers
34) Play dressup and put together cute outfits for you to wear
35) Make jewelry/friendship bracelets. Theres tutorials for everything on youtube
36) Take up a new hobby
37) Try to get a job or work on your resume
38) Mow your lawn
39) Help out your neighbor/grandparents clean their house or work on their yard
40) Look into things like politics/economics
41) Read about your favorite band/artist or even watch their homme videos or interviews
42) Change your bed sheets
